Cale Oval Redevelopment
Client: Narromine Shire Council
Precinct Commercial were tasked to undertake construction of the Cale Oval Redevelopment for Narromine Council, the building consisted of 1200m2 of new clubrooms, amenitites, open space grand stand area and also bar and canteen facilites.
The space was also required to home multiple changerooms for all grades to be able to function as a multi purpose facility.
Narromine Council had a tight budget on the project with Precinct being able to construct the project within the parameters of the budget and within time as this was largely problematic due to the COVID shutdowns and flooding during this period.
Gilgandra SES Headquarters
Client: Gilgandra Shire Council
Precinct Commercial completed the Gilgandra SES project in record time being delivered 2 months earlier then the project timeline and to budget with the quality of finish we expect from all projects.
The client was very happy with the project and Precinct continues to work with Gilgandra Shire on projects due to our relationship with Council.
